Introduction

The purpose of My Blog is to keep all my coursework neat and tidy. The work that is included in my blog will be:

· Analysis of 3 Britney Spears Rolling Stones magazine covers focusing on representation through mise-en-scene and camera.
· Production of preliminary college magazine front cover with an explanation of the conventions I have developed and skills I have learnt in Adobe.
· Analysis of 2 magazine front covers focusing on exploring conventions, meaning created and appeal to the audience
· Analysis of 2 magazine contents pages focusing on layout and house style
· Production of preliminary college contents page and comments on how I could improve
· Analysis of 2 magazine feature article pages focusing on language and style
· Research 4 different publishing companies
· Title block analysis

· Development of title block: create 5 examples and set up a blog to find out which my audience prefers
· Planning of page layouts
· Any information regarding the setting up of my photoshoots e.g. weather report for that day, e-mails to your actors, e-mail to media department to book equipment. The blog should be your diary so include all information!
· 30 original images for your magazine. Remember that the front cover and article should be linked however the contents page may have a range of artists relating to different pages in your magazine.
· Evidence of skills development in Adobe – demonstrated through print screens examples of the skills you have developed.
